Rent: guaranteed 1% increase until 2026!

To ensure peace of mind for seniors concerned about the impact of the current economic climate, since 2022 the Savoie Family has committed to reducing and guaranteeing the annual increase in base rents to just 1% for a period of 5 years, until 2026.

The 1% commitment is all the more relevant since the onset of the affordable housing crisis that has been rocking Canada for several months now, and which has considerably altered the retirement horizons of many of us. In such an unpredictable and insecure economic context, where rent increases have reached historic levels, the Savoie Family has taken the lead by making a benevolent, reassuring and significant gesture of mutual aid towards our seniors. 

By way of comparison, in 2024, the Tribunal administratif du logement du Québec (TAL) suggests a minimum increase of 4% on base rent (in addition to cost increases).

Included in all new leases, the 30-Day Satisfaction Soleil’s Guarantee assures the cancellation of your lease during your first month with us, should you not be completely satisfied, at no cost or penalty.
