When you reach the age of 90 years old or over and have lived in the same apartment at Les R\u00e9sidences Soleil for at least the last 10 years, this unique program makes sure that your rental payments will no longer increase1<\/sup>, as long as you continue to live in your apartment at Les R\u00e9sidences Soleil.*<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Privilege Soleil Unique program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you reach the age of 100 years old and have lived in the same apartment at Les R\u00e9sidences Soleil for at least the last 10 years, your rental will thereafter be free of charge1<\/sup> to you for as long as you continue to live in your apartment with us.*<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation Soleil program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Les R\u00e9sidences Soleil we accept to reduce the commitment of two-month payment (established by the article 1974 of the R\u00e9gie du logement), to the equivalent of a full month\u2019s rental payment2<\/sup>, following the current month in which the apartment is vacated due to death, permanent hospitalization or relocation to a residential and long-term care centre.*<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Select Club program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you reach the age of 90 years old at Les R\u00e9sidences Soleil, you receive a medal, signed our honour book, and you are inducted into Les R\u00e9sidences Soleil\u2019s \u201cSelect Club.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All residents aged 90 or more can become members of the Select Club, a group created by Les R\u00e9sidences Soleil. All of our R\u00e9sidences Soleil organize a monthly celebration in honour of residents and employees whose birthday falls in that month. New Select Club members are honoured during these celebrations, which have become a golden opportunity for us to highlight and trumpet their achievements.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The 1% Commitment* Savoie Family\u00a0
