On April 2nd, Soeur Ang\u00e8le cooked her famous sucre \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me<\/strong><\/em> from the top of the 24th floor of the R\u00e9sidences Soleil Manoir Plaza (in downtown Montreal). Everyone had a great time! There was the singer Eli<\/em><\/strong> who sang few classics: Elvis and Aznavour. Visitors and residents could taste and talk to Soeur Ang\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the second presentation, the founder Mr. Eddy Savoie joined his long-time friend Soeur Ang\u00e8le for the recipe. The day led to some great intergenerational exchanges between residents, Mr. Savoie, Soeur Ang\u00e8le and the visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
