We are happy to announce that as of June 19, 2020, visits are now permitted to re-enter the residences for visits with their loved ones!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">We are happy to welcome families in complete safety, providing a&nbsp;safe environment that meets government standards. All visitors must follow the measures implemented in our residences. The instructions are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upon arrival at the residence :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>In the entrance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All visitors must sanitize hands before entering.<\/li><li>All visitors must wear a face cover\/mask from the moment they enter the building to the moment they leave.<\/li><li>In&nbsp;order to properly understand the visitors\u2019 state of health, they must complete the Visitor Questionnaire<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>At the reception desk:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The receptionist on duty 24\/7 will go over each questionnaire to ensure they conform to the requirements.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>During the visit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Visitors should avoid taking detours and go directly to the resident\u2019s apartment.<\/li><li>For the time being, visitors are not permitted to use common areas inside the residence.<\/li><li>All instructions indicated on the posters within the residence must be followed. For example, the maximum number of people allowed in the elevator.<\/li><li>A two-meter distance must be maintained between people who do not come from the same household. If this distancing is not possible, the number of guests must be reduced.<\/li><li>Visitors should wash their hands as often as possible with soap and lukewarm water.<\/li><li>Respiratory etiquette must be respected, such as:<ul><li>Cover your mouth and nose with your arm to reduce the spread of germs when sneezing or coughing<\/li><li>If using a tissue, throw it out as soon as possible and wash your hands afterwards.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">*<em>If you are sick or feel the onset of any symptoms, do not visit the residence.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To be noted :<\/h4>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We recommend that visitors use our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/residencessoleil.ca\/en\/news\/visits-within-the-residences-are-now-permitted\/#parloir\">visiting rooms<\/a>&nbsp;to maintain a safe environment inside the residence.<\/li><li>Outdoor visits continue to be encouraged and allowed at all times.
