Proud of the impressive success of Phase I of Les Residences Soleil Manoir Brossard, Groupe Savoie has, for the past few months, started the construction of Phase II of the residence to overcome significant demand.
Scheduled for Spring 2017, the project innovates by offering a variety of entertainment, activities and several installations never seen in a seniors’ residence, besides to adding 366 units to the current complex. The two phases will be connected by an innovative gateway for all residents to enjoy all the amenities of both buildings.
Among the outstanding leisure that will be added to those already at your disposal, you’ll find: a fitness trail, tropical rain promenade, infrared sauna, steam room, gym, yoga and tai chi room, poker tables, a woodwork and crafts workshop, a gardening area and some additional surprises that you’ll have the chance to discover on October 1st!
New restaurants will also be available, such as: a French Bistro «à la carte» located on the edge of the river, a Sports Bar, in addition to a private wine cellar space and a tasting area.
