Inauguration of the new common areas

Les Résidences Soleil Manoir St-Léonard is proud to invite you to its open house where we officially inaugurate its official inauguration of the new recreation area with more than 9,860 ft2 of activities on April 5th, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. For the occasion, we have planned speeches of our president-founder Mr. Eddy Savoie, visiting our new areas with participation in free activities and friendly tournaments, small appetizers, free activities, a large draw, gifts for each visitor and many more surprises await you.

April 5 schedule: Open house

  • 9:00 am: Beginning of the Open Day
  • 9:00 am to 10:00 am: Free activities: billiards, bowling, mini golf, petanque, cards, pockets and more!
  • 10:30 am to 11:30 am: Floral artistic creation
  • 11:30 am to 1:00 pm: Dinner
  • 1:30 pm to 1:45 pm: Speech and official unveiling of the new leisure facilities
  • 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm: Visit of new facilities, appetizer and sunny cake
  • 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm: Gift draw, dance and mini-put tournament, bowling and petanque
  • 5:00 pm: End of the Open house

Les Résidences Soleil Manoir St-Léonard adds 9,860 ft2of leisure!

The excitement was there last December 24th when, as a Christmas present from the Savoie family, the pre-opening of the new family activity area at Les Résidences Soleil Manoir St-Léonard took place. Having been in renovation for a few months, residents were happy to discover this new area. Here, the common area has been replaced by two bowling alleys, virtual golf, a mini-golf course, petanque indoor and pocketball courts, 3 darts games, a café-bistro area and much more. Mr. Eddy Savoie and his wife Ms. Carmelle Savoie, Mr. Eddy Junior Savoie, Executive Construction President, and the Residence Director, Mrs. Sylvie Simoneau and her team, were present for this inauguration.

It is with joy that residents and their loved ones walked the red carpet to benefit from these new areas. In addition to this great news, the residents were welcomed by Santa Claus where little festive appetizers were waiting for them.

A big project becomes true

The development of common areas is the most important project since the creation of the Manoir St-Léonard. With a total surface area of 564,84 ft2, 18 floors and 2 basements, Le Groupe Savoie is proud to welcome and offer services adapted to the needs of seniors in such a large area known to the Manoir St-Laurent. Léonard. The repair work of the common areas has allowed the addition of a considerable area, or 9,860 ft2. Here, more space gives way to laughter, beautiful encounters and beautiful memories. The pre-opening was a great success where a hundred curious attended this unveiling. Residents and employees are very excited about the realization of this new project.
