Making the Christmas baskets at Moisson Montréal

A tradition who make all the difference 

On December 16th, the President of Résidences Soleil Mr. Eddy Savoie, his wife Ms. Carmelle Savoie and several members and friends of the Savoie’s family took part of the traditional edition of Moisson de Noël organized by Moisson Montréal.

For its 10th edition, this organization received the help of more than 200 volunteers to assemble 4,000 Christmas baskets that will be donated to 250 organizations served in the Montreal area.

 

 

A cause that we care 

Les Résidences Soleil are proud to contribute to the florish of this organization providing food aid each month through partners organizations to over 137,000 people, of whom close to 45, 000 children.
It is thanks to their exceptional efficiency in recovering food that Moisson Montreal succeeds in providing support to families in need throughout the year. As a member of Moisson Montreal's Board of Directors for several years, Mr. Eddy Junior Savoie sees the importance of fighting food insecurity and helping people who don’t always have the opportunity to eat properly. It is for all these reasons that it make us very happy to participate year after year in this tradition of making Christmas baskets.
