Manoir Brossard – a $120 million investment by Groupe Savoie
Groupe Savoie’s 14th residence for people in their golden years, Manoir Brossard, will offer 800 different-sized apartment units designed to provide rental opportunities to people with varying financial means. The residence, located on boulevard Saint-Laurent in Brossard, should welcome its first residents in the spring of 2013.
