If you like stunning views, you won't regret moving into the Manoir Brossard, a 17 floor residence at a few steps from the Saint-Laurent seaway.
True to his tradition, the Groupe Savoie, owner of Les Residences Soleil, decided to put the dining room on the last floor. Windowed on three sides, it offers an incredible view. However, once you go on the balcony also located on the last floor, the view is simply breathtaking. A real challenge for someone who has vertigo! But if you're not afraid of heights or if you can face your fears, you'll admire : Mounts Saint-Hilaire, Saint-Bruno, Sutton and Bromont on one side; on the other side the Saint-Laurent in all its beauty and the Champlain bridge; and from another side, Saint-Joseph's Oratory, Royal Mount and many skyscrapers. The view is also astonishing at night with the many lights of the Montreal.
It's in 2013 that the first residents were received, a year after the construction. Today, there are 550 autonomous and semi-autonomous people living in one of the 470 units.
A second phase in construction
There's no outdoor parking, except for the visitor, but the residents can rent an indoor parking space in the basement.
You'll find on the two next floors, a bistro café, a convenience store, hair salon, 14 pool tables, petanque, shuffleboard, exercising room, bowling alleys, golf simulator, mini-golf, a pool and a spa.
And for an activity, let's say more intellectual, there's an internet lounge with courses, cards room, chapel, a resting room with a piano and a fireplace, library and movie theater with 200 seats.
The second phase of Manoir Brossard, which will also have 17 floors, is now in constructions. The 364 units will be available during summer 2017.
