Our Open House event is a golden opportunity to explore our facilities in complete safety and at your own pace. Our dedicated team will be on hand to answer your questions and guide you through the process of choosing your future home.
Here’s what you can expect at the Open House Soleil:
- Duration of the visit : 1 to 3 hours
- Personalized or group tours (depending on availability) to explore all the features of our residence: from common areas to amenities, including a model apartment.
- Free one-on-one meetings with our housing advisors, who are also qualified experts in administrative procedures, including applications for government financial assistance, all free of charge.
- Complimentary meal: by reservation only, subject to availability.
- Access to facilities: Take advantage of the opportunity to try out different activities and leisure upon request and subject to availability.

Absolutely! You are welcome to visit Les Résidences Soleil without a reservation. It is an experience open to everyone, whether you come alone, with your family, or with friends.

We warmly welcome you for a personalized tour at no charge, scheduled from Monday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you do not have transportation, we are happy to offer you a personalized transportation service (upon reservation) to pick you up and take you back to your home after your visit! “Because caring for others is a family tradition.”!
To arrange your transportation, please contact us as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. The service is available based on availability and distance.

You can visit alone, with a friend, or with your family. And if you don’t have transportation, we can even pick you up and drop you off after your visit, by reservation! “Because hospitality runs in our family.”
