A tradition deeply rooted in our culture
In the morning, the festivities kick off with the traditional corn husking, where residents and visitors gather to participate together in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Then, at lunchtime, comes the long-awaited moment: the great summer-flavored meal! The freshly husked corn is cooked to perfection and served piping hot by the kitchen staff and participating employees, to be enjoyed together.
Each Résidences Soleil will have prepared a unique program of entertainment and activities to brighten up this special day.
In accordance with traditional custom, the corn roast will conclude with the symbolic election of the Queen and King of the day. This is a fun, touching, and unifying moment that highlights the enthusiasm of our residents and the richness of their presence.
