Eddy Savoie walked on stage to receive his award, his eyes filled with emotion, visibly touched by these words of affection and recognition, and still overwhelmed by the surprise of this tribute. The man who revolutionized and transformed the approach of housing for seniors in Quebec more than 30 years ago was deeply touched.
