This insight is at the heart of our decision to focus on long term strategies, through many Unique Programs put in place by the Savoie Family, ensuring residents to continue to have the financial means to keep calling Les Résidences Soleil “Home sweet home”.
Satisfaction Soleil’s Guarantee
Les Résidences Soleil’s guarantee: if you’re not satisfied during your first month as a resident with us, with this unique program you may terminate your lease at no cost and without incurring a penalty.*
Promotion 65-69 years old
An initiative that allows young seniors on a restricted budget to afford life in a residence, while waiting to benefit from government subsidies starting at the age of 70.

Benefice Soleil Unique program
When you reach the age of 90 years old or over and have lived in the same apartment at Les Résidences Soleil for at least the last 10 years, this unique program makes sure that your rental payments will no longer increase1, as long as you continue to live in your apartment at Les Résidences Soleil.*
Privilege Soleil Unique program
When you reach the age of 100 years old and have lived in the same apartment at Les Résidences Soleil for at least the last 10 years, your rental will thereafter be free of charge1 to you for as long as you continue to live in your apartment with us.*
Accommodation Soleil program
At Les Résidences Soleil we accept to reduce the commitment of two-month payment (established by the article 1974 of the Régie du logement), to the equivalent of a full month’s rental payment2, following the current month in which the apartment is vacated due to death, permanent hospitalization or relocation to a residential and long-term care centre.*
Select Club program
When you reach the age of 90 years old at Les Résidences Soleil, you receive a medal, signed our honour book, and you are inducted into Les Résidences Soleil’s “Select Club.”
All residents aged 90 or more can become members of the Select Club, a group created by Les Résidences Soleil. All of our Résidences Soleil organize a monthly celebration in honour of residents and employees whose birthday falls in that month. New Select Club members are honoured during these celebrations, which have become a golden opportunity for us to highlight and trumpet their achievements.
The 1% Commitment* Savoie Family
(2022–2026)
Thanks to this program, unique to Les Résidences Soleil, the Savoie family has offered seniors true financial peace of mind by guaranteeing a maximum annual increase of just 1% in base rents for five years, from 2022 to 2026¹. Read more
