The winner will have the chance to choose his apartment so that he can (if he wishes) continue the beautiful years of his retirement.
If you are over 65 and over and live in Quebec, you are eligible and can afford to stay at Les Résidences Soleil
If you are 18 years and older, you can also make a nice gift and register a person from your surroundings. The winner will be announced in July 2024.

Absolutely! You are welcome to visit Les Résidences Soleil without a reservation. It’s an experience open to everyone, whether you come alone, with your family or friends.
Come and discover what our residence has to offer. We would be delighted to welcome you and show you around our warm and welcoming environment.
We warmly welcome you for free personalised visits, organised Monday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm. If you have no means of transport, we are happy to offer a pick-up service (booking required) to pick you up and drive you home after your visit! “Because caring for others is part of our family”.

Our Open House Days are a unique opportunity for you to visit our facilities in complete safety and without obligation. Our qualified team will be on hand to answer all your questions and help you choose your new home.
Here’s what you can find out at the Soleil Open House:
- Length of visit: from 1 to 3 hours.
- Personal or group visits (subject to availability) to explore all aspects of our residence: from communal areas to amenities, including a model flat.
- Individual meetings with our accommodation counsellors, experts trained to help you with administrative procedures, including applying for government financial aid, all free of charge.
- Complimentary meal: subject to availability.
- Access to facilities: Take advantage of the opportunity to try out different leisure activities on request and subject to availability.
Every visitor will leave with an exclusive welcome gift, and will also have a chance to win their rent in our big Soleil draw!

At Les Résidences Soleil, we offer a wide range of appartments, including studios 1 ½, 2 ½, 3 ½, 4 ½ and some exceptional appartments, depending on current availability in our different manor houses.

Les Résidences Soleil offer living environments for seniors aged 65 and over who are autonomous or semi-autonomous. Apartments vary from studios 1 ½ to 4 ½. Daily life is organized to allow residents to flourish and enjoy all the pleasures, each at their own pace and in complete peace of mind.
In our 15 Les Résidences Soleil, well-being is at the heart of every moment. From the comfort of the living spaces to the personal attention every detail has been thought through to provide residents with an exceptional living experience.
